Our Story
After 30 years appraising properties all over Central New York, it was time for a change. From independent contractor to staff appraiser and back again, founder Andrew Doherty was ready to enter the next phase of the appraisal profession. For years the bell had been sounded that the human element of the appraisal, particularly the on-site inspection aspect, would be dim.inished and ultimately removed in favor of big data and analytics.
Technology certainly has presented this business with challenges and opportunites. The question becomes - How do we combine the advantages of big data analysis with the market experience that can only be obtained thru years of practice and local knowledge? The answer might surprise you...stay tuned
